Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders.
Free International Delivery on orders above £300.
A £15 shipping fee will be charged on orders under £300.
Orders will ship as soon as possible from London, however, please allow anywhere from 3 - 5 business days for the order to be processed.
UK delivery takes between 3-5 working days, whilst international delivery may take up to 1 month. The delivery time may vary, so please be patient for an item that is well worth the wait! :)
The tracking number will be sent to you via email and the product will reach the delivery service swiftly afterwards. Please be aware, once you receive delivery confirmation with your tracking number, the delivery address can NOT be changed.

It's okay if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day returns policy, from the day you purchased your items at our physical store, or from the day you received your online order. Items must be returned in an unworn condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping, taxes or extra fees.
How to return:
Send us an email regarding returning your item; a return note will then be emailed to you.
Pack up your item securely.
Send the parcel back via the returning address that was provided in your original email. Please note that the customer must bear the returning shipment cost.

Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 14 working days if the product is in a refundable condition.
